All I
have to say is wow. It was actually a
very relaxing exercise and I’m not even sure why. I wasn't really able to follow the
instructions but I was listening to the waves sound and it just about put me to
sleep. I am a water lover so I suppose
that would be why it put a smile on my face also along with the feeling of
being relaxed. I for sure am going to
try this exercise again sometime I truly enjoyed it.
Cathy, the exercise was very relaxing; however the point of it was to teach the listener to be able to relax in any situation. I have found then turning to the exercise when feeling stressed all week has in my thinking made me a better person, student and boss. Thanks Sam

ReplyDeleteI have to agree. It was very relaxing exercise and I again added my own music to try and relax more. After the week I had it was a welcome exercise!
I will add this exercise to my regular meditation regime!
